- State criminal history: Michigan State Police, Criminal Justice Information Center, which operates ICHAT and the fingerprint self-review process.
- Set-aside records: file through the court of conviction after following the current Michigan court checklist.
County FOIA requests should use the county’s designated online route and select the department that created the record. A court pleading is obtained from D60 or Circuit Court Records rather than through county FOIA.
